• Craft & Technical Skills: Textile, leather, weaving, woodwork, foodpreservation, beautician, marble mosaic, etc.

• Business Skills: Financial literacy, costing, pricing, marketing,customer engagement, and compliance.

• Digital Skills: Training on platforms like Facebook, Shopify, Instagram, YouTube, Etsy, Daraz and Ali Express, including account setup, product profiling, and online selling.

Cluster-Based Manufacturing

Organize artisans and micro-enterprises into community clustersacross KPK and GB for home-based production.

• Provide ongoing support in sample development, raw material sourcing, and quality control.

• Focus on increasing productivity while enabling artisans, specially women to work within their local environment.

Digital Integration

Development of the Hub App a one-window Android platform enabling artisans to:

• Register and showcase their businesse to access training, e-commerce tools, financial linkages and enterprise support.

• Connect with formal markets and document their presence in the informal economy·

• Integration of artisans into digital ecosystems to promote visibility,traceability, and growth.

Market Access & Sales Support

• Promote products through online platforms (Facebook, Daraz, Etsy, etc.) and offline channels (departmental stores, exhibitions, corporate linkages).

• Facilitate participation in national expos and buyer-seller events to build direct connections with markets.

• Offer marketing support to individual artisans and small enterprises with limited access to commercial platforms.

Monitoring, Documentation & Inclusion

• Maintain a robust artisan and MSME database to track training, progress,and support needs.

• Ensure ongoing inclusion of women, minorities, and differently abled individuals in all interventions.

• Promote fair labor practices, gender equity, and ESG compliant operations in production and management.

Financial Inclusion & Enterprise Facilitation

• Support artisans and micro-entrepreneurs in accessing working capital,raw materials, and exhibition participation.

• Link skilled youth and MSMEs to microfinance institutions (MFIs), digital financial institutions (DFIs), and formal registration bodies (e.g. SECP,FBR, banks).

• Assist in product registration, business formalization, and financial management.
