Digital Empowerment through HUB – the Krafters App & Portal
HUB serves as a comprehensive one-window platform that enables users to establish, document, and grow their businesses. It facilitates digital profiling of products and services, formal registration, access to finance, and connection with markets and institutions—helping integrate the informal workforce into formal, income-generating value chains.
HUB is designed to meet the needs of users with varying levels of literacy and digital proficiency, offering voice-guided, visual, and multilingual content for easy navigation. It especially benefits women, youth, and informal entrepreneurs with limited mobility or market access.
To date, over 9,000 beneficiaries have joined HUB, and the initiative is set to onboard an additional 50,000 users within the next year, impacting more than 300,000 household members. In the next 3–5 years, Krafters aims to scale HUB to reach 1 million home-based workers and MSEs nationwide through
collaborative partnerships and ecosystem development.
